Don’t you just hate it when your clients and prospects keep moving... kind of like a moving target? You can still find them though... even so they don’t tell you they’ve moved. It’s called NCOA (National Change Of Address). When someone moves, they’ll usually register their move with the post office. We can compare your database against these files of movers and update your list so your mailing gets to its target. This kind of clean-up is especially important for older lists.
If you're a fundraiser, you can't afford not to run NCOA on your donor database... period! If your donors move, it's unlikely they'll inform you of their move... and acquiring a new donor is expensive. Also, if you can get their new address, their donation history can stay with them, giving you valuable marketing information.
