Sorting for Bulk Rates

You may qualify for lower postage rates. We can sort your mail, whether it’s USA or Canada destined, and provide you with the lowest possible postage. Our software will print the required paperwork for the post office and also provide you with keeper tags to attach to your bags/trays when mailing.

Here is an explanation of what those strange codes on labels for Canadian destinations mean – the Letter Carrier Presort.

Electronic Media - Fields:

Sequence #: A sequential 7 digit sequence number. It is not required that this field be printed on the output.
DM: The 6 byte Delivery Mode Code. This field must appear on the printed output. Please refer to Canada Post documentation to determine its correct placement. Rural records do not have a DM code.
Audit: The 1 byte Audit Code. This field must appear on the printed output. Please refer to Canada Post documentation to determine its correct placement.
Bag/Bundle: The 20 byte Bag/Bundle Code. This field should appear on the printed output to aid in the bagging stage of the mailing. It consists of a bag number followed by a slash, then a bundle number. A trailing "M" indicates there is a residue slip for that bundle. There may be asterisks "*" which lead and follow the bag/bundle code. One (1) asterisk indicates a change in bundle#, two (2) asterisks indicate a change in bag#.
