Sample Letter

A very effective way of communicating with your customers is the use of personalized laser printed letters. You print one, a few, hundreds or thousands of letters inserting data from your database into the heading or the body of the letter or really anywhere in the letter. This builds a personal bond with your customers. This is how you create a personalized offer for each and every one of your customers.

The most economical way is more often than not to pre-print your letterhead and your signature. Print the signature (preferably in blue) in a strategically located spot on the page. So, when the time comes to get in touch with your customers to present a special offer or announce an event, all you really have to do is, design your text, setup your letter and print.
